Hy-Vee, Inc. is excited to partner with Submittable, a grants management platform, to bring you a streamlined application process when submitting donation requests. On this platform, you can submit, manage, and track your giving request applications and communicate directly with Hy-Vee regarding your request.

How it Works:

To request a donation or sponsorship from Hy-Vee, follow the below steps:

• Step 1: Read through our Charitable Giving Guidelines to make sure you are eligible to receive a donation or sponsorship from Hy-Vee
• Step 2: Calculate the estimated total of your request (monetary and/or in-kind value) and select the application that corresponds to that amount 
  • If you are unsure of which application your request would fall under, select the application with the higher funding tier so your application can be thoroughly reviewed
• Step 3: Once your application is submitted, you can check the status of your request at any time in your Submittable account
